a palace of not being bored

Drawing inspiration from the one of the few remaining panels in the frescoes of the Palazzo Schifanoia which depicts swans suspended in the middle of the Hall of Months. “a palace of not being bored” brings the fresco into the present with a swan dive in repeat across the facade of the Judith Wright centre, exploring our relationship with art history and how aesthetic practices link and blur the boundaries of time, place and the poetic ways in which these subjects overlap.
