The Oh No Sun
Holly Anderson
3 — 18 August 2018
Opening Reception: 3 August 2018, 6 - 9pm
Holly Anderson's The Oh No Sun exposes the irony of the iconic sun soaked summer landscape, by coupling this romanticised site of leisure with ominous warnings of skin cancer, radiation, and environmental destruction. Through this series of paintings Anderson articulates her anxiety and neurosis towards a world in a state of ecological crisis.
